Dear Church Friends,
I have been closely monitoring the situation regarding Covid-19 and the return of spectators to sporting events in Philadelphia. Even though I have been encouraged by recent developments….after consulting with Pastor Oehler, we have elected NOT to conduct our Phillies group outing in 2021. This is for several reasons:
- The Phillies have not selected any fireworks game dates as of March 11, 2021
- Even if we DO have a group outing, we may not be able to sit together, and I don’t think we want “pods” of people all spread out.
Therefore, we will ABSOLUTELY reload a group outing for 2022, and return to our traditional event.
