The advent season is upon us and the Christian Education/Worship task force has made place for a full schedule of opportunities to gather as a church family to worship, sing, pray, and give thanks to God.

November 30th

• The Deacons set the stage decorating the Sanctuary and Chapel

December 1st

• Hanging of the Greens Worship Service and communion
• Sunday School: Mr. Bernie Carlson starts a five-week Advent class, see me to sign up and get the materials for class
• Advent Christmas Party right after Sunday school: a light lunch will be provided, please bring a dessert to share. Crafts for children, wreath making (bring clippers) and Christmas Caroling.

December 8

• When Christmas Hurts Worship Service
• Sunday school for all ages
• Christmas Caroling: meet at the church at 3:45. I was able to get us a school bus donated to drive us around and the bus will be leaving at 4 sharp!

December 15

• Lessons and Carols
• Sunday school for all ages

December 22

• Christmas Pageant
• Sunday school for all ages

December 24

7:00 pm Christmas Eve Service
One Night -One Family- One King

A reminder if you would like to help beautify the Sanctuary with poinsettias, the order needs to be into me by December 1st.
